My dragon character, Manderin, having a lazy swim. The sketch was originally a quickie, playing about with drawing better feet for her, but I was bored one day and came across the sketch. A couple of hours later I had a rather nice finished picture. My first attempt at underwater so be gentle.

Wicked. The light effects on his body look very underwater-y. BUt i think maybe the background could stand to be smooth rather than the cloudy effect it has, it would make it look even more underwater than it does.

Aww, this is so pretty. I love your use of complimentary colors on the dragon's skin, and I think you did the underwater shading nicely.

Like thespaceinvader said, the background could be a little less detailed because it looks a bit like cloudy skies. But the little fishes are great :thumbsup:

beautiful character! The water looks a bit like a sky with blue clouds, but it still very nice (I wouldn't have done it better)
